There is a report from Mobile World Congress, that ZTE introduces a low-end Android phone named ZTE Smooth.
ZTE Smooth specifications are as the following:
-Android 1.6 OS
-2,8-inch display QVGA,
-QWERTY-keyboard,
-GPS support
-work in networks of UMTS
-Bluetooth 2.0-compound
-FM-radio module
-Wi-Fi.

The price of ZTE Smooth is about USD150.
